Payment and delivery methods Online ordering rules For the best possible online ordering and to make sure that you can always order the products you want, read carefully some essential rules:

1. When placing an online order, regardless of the payment method, you will be notified of the receipt of the order on the e-mail address corresponding to the account. You will then receive additional information on product availability and delivery date.

2. the processing of online orders is done in the order of their placement. Availability of products in stock as well as other information about the status of the products (new / resealed) will be communicated by an APAN Shop operator (by phone or e-mail)

3. when, for various reasons, you refuse 3 returned orders / products we reserve the right to refuse to honor future orders placed for the same delivery address

4. in the case of online orders containing pre-ordered products, they will be honored in the order in which they are received and within the limit of available stock.

5. if one of the purchased products is in PRE-ORDER, the package will be delivered upon arrival in stock, even if the rest of the products in the order are in stock

How do I buy?

You choose the products you want and to order them online you have the "Add to cart" button. Once you've finished adding all the products you want to the cart, go to "My Cart". Here you can easily check the prices and change the quantities of the products. To proceed to the next step you need to log in or complete the data in order to place the order as a guest.

- if you already have a customer account on our website, just fill in the fields with your email address, password and press the "Login" button.

- if you are on your first online order on our website, fill in the fields: email address, password, billing details, delivery address, check the option to accept the "Terms and Conditions" and then press the "Complete order" button.

How do I pay?

The payment methods accepted on our website are the following:

1. Payment in cash When the order is delivered by express courier, you can pay the value by cash on delivery.

2. Payment by card The products ordered on our website can be paid online, by bank card, at the time of placing the order. Accepted card types are: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Maestro. All online payments are processed through mobilPay. Our website will not request or store your card details. To complete the transaction correctly, you must provide the card code (all digits of the four groups on the front of the card, without spaces), the expiration date, and the last three digits on the back of the card. Regardless of the currency you have in your account, the transactions are made in lei, at the exchange rate used by the card issuing bank.

3. Bank transfer You can make a bank transfer based on the electronic proforma invoice that you will receive in the e-mail address.

Delivery methods

The delivery of the products ordered online is made only on the Romanian territory, through the fast courier company NemoExpress. Placed orders will be delivered within 24-36 hours of order confirmation. Delivery time may be affected by stock availability.

We do not assume delays caused by courier activity. Delivery times may be delayed by a reasonable time due to delays in courier activity and by purchasing the products on our site you tacitly accept this undesirable fact being notified hereby at the time of the conclusion of the promise of sale. A shipping cost will apply to each online order as follows:

- for orders with a total value higher than 250 lei (VAT included) the transport cost is 0.

- for orders with a total value of less than 250 lei (VAT included) a transport cost is charged calculated based on the criteria of the courier company, it will be displayed separately on the order and on the invoice. In case of return of goods, the cost of transport is not refundable. After delivery of the order, we recommend that you check the contents of the package, the integrity and appearance of the products and accessories. Any complaint must be notified in writing or by telephone within 24 hours of delivery of the order. Any subsequent complaint in this regard will not be considered.
