Product warranty

All products sold on the shop.apan.ro website come with an invoice, tax receipt and warranty certificates.

The legal guarantee is offered in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 449/2003 on the sale of products and associated guarantees, which transposes into Romanian law Directive 2011/83 / EU and does not limit, ignore or restrict directly or indirectly the legal rights and legitimate interests of the buyer, as provided by law.

The products sold by APAN SRL are interchangeable with the original parts according to the catalogs and lists published by the manufacturers.

The consumer must inform the seller of any defect found during the warranty period. Warranty is offered for products that have manufacturing defects. If a part cannot be replaced or repaired, then its value will be refunded.

The warranty is valid when the parts are mounted in a service authorized by the Romanian Auto Registry (R.A.R)

During the warranty period, the warranty of the defective products due to causes not attributable to the consumer, by repair or replacement, is ensured.
